Once your order is placed, we begin processing it to ensure it is carefully packaged and shipped out to you. Our processing time is typically 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience slight delays, and processing will resume the next business day.

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days depending on your location within the United States. All items are shipped from our fulfillment center located in Beattyville, KY.

Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, you can choose expedited shipping, which usually takes 2-4 business days. Expedited orders received before 4:30 PM Central Time will be shipped out the same day.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and can be impacted by holidays, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
